COVID-19
Keeping Safe
Please help us to keep everything safe during the ongoing situation. We appreciate your support as we do our best to protect you, your pets and ourselves.
We are following Government and Industry advice (which you can see here) and so have modified how we are doing things.
Although this is not how we would wish to operate - it is necessary for the time being and so we thank you for your support and co-operation.
Please follow the guidance below.
Timing
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to accommodate early/late arrivals/departures.
Please arrive within plus or minus 10 minutes of your scheduled arrival/departure time to prevent encountering other clients at our premises.
Please notify us well in advance if you need to re-schedule your arrival/departure – even if by just a few minutes.
Before Arrival
Before the day of arrival please complete and return your Check-In Form that we will have forwarded to you. Please return it to us electronically – via email/messaging/photo etc.
